A wide range of gaskets is manufactured in our factory to cater for the diverse requirements of industry. Gaskets can be made in any shape or size from any gasketing material whatsoever. Gasket materials are available to cover most applications including corrosive chemicals and high temperature and pressure applications. We have our own "in house" tooling department which allows us to produce your gaskets and seals rapidly and accurately. Our technical staff is very willing to discuss your sealing requirements and to make recommendations that will leave you completely satisfied…… we guarantee our work.

SPIRAL WOUND GASKETS

A range of "TESNITALLIC" ^® spiral wound gaskets conforming to API 601 is stocked and most non standard gaskets can be made to order. The most common are graphite filled, but any of the standard filler materials are available if required for special applications.

BOILER GASKETS

We are the sole Australian agents for the famous "BLUE MAX"   ^® Boiler Gaskets. These unique high quality gaskets are made from a proprietary tacky glass cloth, synthetic fibres and brass wire mesh reinforcing, with a coating of P.T.F.E. material to MIL SPEC T-27730A. The gaskets are easily installed, and deliver trouble free service. When the time comes for routine maintenance, they are easily removed because of the P.T.F.E. coating. Gaskets are available in all sizes both manhole and handhole.
